Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with colleges and cultural groups for talent submissions.

  • Promote the talent hunt through social media, email campaigns, and college visits.

  • Manage the registration process for participants.

  • Assist in organizing auditions and pre-event screenings.

  • Support logistical arrangements during the main event.

  • Liaise with judges and VIPs to ensure smooth execution of competitions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Passion for creative arts and talent promotion.

  • Experience in event management is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
